portable.pyto the destination. - Restore into a new, empty location and run the offline installer.
- Sign in with your existing administrator password.
The included runtime targets Ubuntu 24.04, x86_64 and Python 3.12. Other platforms need matching dependencies. Data uses SQLite and ordinary files.

Employee accounts
Each employee has their own login. Access is limited to shared documents in selected departments and their own uploads. Existing documents stay private until an administrator shares them.

Login & logout history
All timestamps are UTC. “Recently active” means a request in the last 5 minutes, not proof of continuous work. Closing a browser is not a logout. Sessions expire after 12 hours; password changes and account updates revoke sessions. IP may be the local proxy address.
